Community Involvement Program - CIP:
- Community Involvement Program is a service-learning
program that provides practical first-hand experience
in
doing community work. High school or secondary school
level students
participate in community development work in Chiang Mai
through undertaking social projects with both government
institutions and NGOs. Students will have the opportunity
to interact with their Thai peers and perform community
services that met the immediate needs of the Thai community.
Students are required to think, talk and write about their experiences and apply their knowledge and skills in their everyday life beyond the classroom. The program fosters a sense of caring for others through actions that contributes meaningfully to the Thai community.
Community Development Program - 4 to 18 days
Recreational Activities - 2 to 3 days
